Sunshine Bowl
2 small yellow summer squash, julienned
2 corn-on-the cob, cooked and cut from ear (about 1 cup)
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
juice of one lemon (about 2 Tablespoons)
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, toss. EAT. xoJzB
